Any Seasoned account created through HotSchedules is done so via SSO (single sign on) and does not require a password to access Seasoned from HotSchedules. A prompt from Seasoned will alert a HotSchedules user upon every login to create a password that will allow access to Seasoned outside of HotSchedules. If you receive this prompt and create a password, you have successfully created an additional channel to access Seasoned without HotSchedules.
If you are unable to log in to your HotSchedules account to SSO and do not have a password, please follow the link to reset your password. This will allow you to create a password and access your account through either app.
