Trouble Claiming Store

There are just a couple of reasons an admin cannot successfully claim their store in Seasoned:

  • The store has been previously claimed
  • The store does not exist in Google 

If the store has been previously claimed:

Seasoned has been an active network for approximately six years, so there is a chance your restaurant has been previously claimed and currently exists in the Seasoned network. If you receive a message notifying you your store has previously been set up, please contact support@seasoned.co  to be invited to your store and make any necessary updates/changes.

You can also click the 'Contact Support' button on your screen to submit a request to the Seasoned support team.

The store does not exist in Google:

If your restaurant has yet to receive a Google Places ID, due to it not being open or other reasons, Seasoned will not be able to locate it.  You will need to manually create the store in Seasoned.

Start by inserting the name of your store, once you determine the store cannot be found, click the 'Get Help' link to found at the bottom of the page.

The 'Get Help' link will bring you to a page where you can manually create your store in Seasoned.  Please enter the necessary information: Store name, address, city, state, zip, phone number, and website URL.
