Adding Feedback to unconfirmed interviews

Sometimes interviews don't follow the standard process in the Recruit App. However, it is equally important that these interviews receive feedback on the outcome so Seasoned can optimize applications to your Restaurant. 

Most common scenarios: 

• Interviews are rescheduled outside of the Seasoned Recruit app. 
• The applicant did not confirm but still showed up for the interview.

With this in mind, Seasoned has introduced the ability to add feedback to interviews that happen outside the standard procedure. (Ensure that the Recruit App version is equal to or greater than v1.28.0 for Android and v1.29.0 for iPhone)

Follow these steps to add feedback to unconfirmed interviews: 

1. Go to the 'Applications' screen.
2. Click the 'In Progress' tab.
3. Pick the applicant you want to give interview feedback.
4. Tap the 'Add Feedback' button at the bottom of the 'Applicant Profile' screen.
5. Pick which interview feedback is most appropriate.
