Managing Applicants Auto Accept

Auto Accept is a feature offered to Enterprise customers that automatically accepts an applicant's selected interview time 3 to 4 hours after their application has been submitted.  Customers can not turn off this feature directly, but can reach out to their customer success manager or the support team to have the feature disabled. 

 

Smart Interview Scheduling

Smart Interview Screening is an enhancement to Auto Accept that considers the Interview Availability set for the location.

 

If your interview availability is set to less than 5 hours per week, the Auto Accept feature will be deactivated.  All applicants will remain in the applicant queue and require manual review.  New messages will be displayed in the Recruit app alerting you to this change.  

       

Once interview availability is set to 5 hours per week or more, the Auto Accept feature will be reactivated and an applicant's selected interview time will automatically be accepted.

 

Seasoned recommends a minimum of 15 hours of Interview Availability per week.
