How do I contact candidates?

We love chatting with members too!

All communication with candidates takes place within our app. 

We don't show candidates' phone numbers or emails, but we do have our own Direct Messaging feature (message icon on applicant card) which allows you to message the applicants that have applied to work at your restaurant. 

We’ve also made improvements on our alerts and reminders to job seekers so they respond more promptly and so they remember to show up or communicate ahead of time if they can’t.

In addition, our new interview availability was built to bypass all the back and forth with candidates. It's required that you select your interview slots once you open the app which streamlines the interview scheduling process since applicants can pre-select a day and time that works for them and recruiters can accept the interview time with one tap.
