Certain positions start with an interview over the phone as the first step in the evaluation process. In these cases, a ‘Phone Interview’ label will be visible on the job listing, and all related notifications will reflect this.

The recruiter will call you at the preselected interview date and time using the number you provided when you applied. The recruiter may also call or text you before the interview to reschedule to an earlier or later time. Responding quickly can expedite the interview process, allowing both you and the recruiter to determine promptly if you are a good fit for the restaurant and the position.

Seasoned will never share your phone number or email for marketing purposes. Your personal info is only used for: a) updating you on the status of your application, and b) allowing recruiters to contact you about your application or interview.
