I'm new to seasoned, looking for a side job, I have an interview it says is scheduled and then it keeps sending me emails stating the hiring manager sent me a message and to download the app but when I go on the app there's no message. I don't wanna be unprepared because I can't read the message! I don't know what to do, can anyone help?

Ugh same here. I click on the link to schedule the “interview “ and it brings me the the app but there’s no message to respond to
I find it really sad how you guys have this app up here and your wasting peoples time
My interview was canceled for the exact same reason
He sent me a message said I had an interview and had to confirm the interview within 4 hours. I went to my email and this app. Couldn't find no message about the interview until it was canceled
I'm getting the feeling app isn't really working properly or ever has. Just be aware the app isn't entirely bug free.
I have this same thing happening to me right now. I applied for the position through the Seasoned app. A few hours later I got a message saying that they accepted my application, and to go to the link below (provided link),to pick a time and date for a 30 minute in person interview. When I pressed the link it just took me to the same place I was at when I picked to apply for the position, like it directed me to apply for it but was no longer able to apply because I had already done that. I looked in emails and texts to see if I had gotten something from Seasoned or employer that would take me to where I could schedule an interview but no was nothing. So I'm unable to communicate and schedule interview and also unable to try applying again. What the .... am I supposed to do to get past the issue so I can successfully take the opportunity I was given to have an interview for the position?
